The wireless module Wi-232-EUR-R is no longer sold. The replacement part is the TRM-868-EUR module. The original vendor Radiotronix was bought up by the company Linx Technologies, Inc which resulted in the new product name. The Wi-232-EUR and the TRM-868-EUR are identical in function and features.
Commissioning
For initial operation parameters of the TRM-868 have to be set. This can be done with the NG-USB (Crossover mode), shorted J1 and configuration software. Either the original Radiotronix attachment:WI232_setup.zip can be used which requires the CTS signal to be configured, for the NG-USB the CTS# pin of the FTDI232R has to be patched to GND. Alternatively StompSC patched Radiotronix tool (but limited in available COM ports and sometimes instable) can be used, it works without RTS/CTS: attachment:Wi.232EUR-R-Tool-no-CTS.rar
