Notes and History
Availability of U13 (ADS1255), U9 (OPA2350), U5 (AD7924) on Sensor Board:
- Some Distributors do not have these parts in stock at the moment.
- ADS1255: only needed for altitude control. So you may mount it later without problems. Also defer mounting Q2 to have room for soldering.
- OPA2350: only needed for altitude control. So you may mount it later without problems. Available at RS Components. Also, replacement part can be AD8616.
- AD7924: Available again at Farnell (since March 4, 2010).

Introduction
The following tables list the electronic parts needed to build the flight control, sensor board, breakout boards and some additional accessories.
Now our partlist is sorted by distributor. The distributor is selected by availability and minimum number of distributor which are CSD-Electronic, Reichelt Electronik, Farnell and SparkFun Electronics.
You may also use DigiKey or Distrelec-Schuricht or HBE (a Farnell reseller for non-commercial customers) or Mouser Electronics or RS Components. Mouser is a cheep alternative to Farnell for most parts, but you have to exceed 75 € to get free shipping (else 20 €)(use FedEx for Tax handling).
That way you will get all the parts at around EUR440.- at the time of writing (including NG PCBs).

Build Options
There are several options you can choose from.
Buzzer Option
The LPC is able to use eighter a normal beeper or a PPM controlled speaker:
Beeper Modus (recommended):
- populate R18 and don't populate R20
PWM Lautsprecher Modus (not yet supported!):
- populate R20 and don't populate R18
The piezo buzzer can either be connected to the 5V regulated supply voltage or directly to the battery supply

- Populate R103, don't populate R104
Buzzer supplied from battery voltage (only for some special buzzers)
- Populate R104, don't populate R103
Never ever populate both R103 and R104
Voltage Regulator Option
You can choose between having a standard linear voltage regulator with attached heatsink or the more energy efficient and advanced switched voltage regulator option:
Switched Voltage Regulator (recommended):
- populate IC3 (PTH08080W)
Linear Voltage Regulator:
- populate IC2 (7805 and heatsink)
Jumpers
There are several Jumpers that have to be set accordingly for correct operation of your NG.
SJ100
Connects pin 3 of the SB connector on the FC board with ground level. Set this jumper (bridge with solder).
SJ101
This is a double jumper which allows you to choose the voltage level of the SSP interface and its slave select pins. Make sure you set it to any of both values. Additional hardware might someday require you to adjust this setting, but for now both values are just fine (bridge one with solder).
SJ102
Connects the output of the LiPo voltage measurement with pin AD0.4 of the LPC. The output is by default and unalterably also connected to pin ADC0 of the RC controller. The RC controller doesn't measure the LiPo voltage at the moment which requires SJ102 to be set (bridge with solder).
JP-U1 and JP-U2
Those jumpers let you choose the supply voltage of the UART connectors which might possibly power your USB/UART or RS232/UART converter. This will not change the actual voltage level of the UART.
JP-ISP
This is a double jumper which connects SDA1 or SDA0 with the nearby button. Setting a jumper and pressing the button at startup will either activate the UART (2-3) or USB (1-2) bootloader.
