What do you need to start

1. The Eclipse Platform

First of all, the most important, download the latest stable Eclipse version. At time of writing this is 3.5.1 Galileo

1.1 Needed Plugins

Eclipse Addons are installed by clicking Help-> Install New Software->{copying your update side url to} work with)

1.2 CDT ( C/C++ Development Tools )

The Core C/C++ IDE is known as CDT(C/C++ Development Tools). Update Side. At time of writing this is version 6.0
